Police Release Video Of NFL Player Getting Tased. It’s Brutal [WATCH]
Footage of former NFL offensive tackle Branden Albert getting tased was released by police on Thursday, and it’s a pretty unbelievable sight to see.
Back in February, Albert was patronizing an Atalanta jewelry store when things got pretty heated. TMZ says Albert allegedly punched a hole through a wall at Icebox Jewelry, then tried to evade cops when they arrived on scene.
When they were able to bring him down, he was charged for 2nd-degree criminal damages and willful obstruction of a law officer, but we haven’t seen footage of him willfully obstructing a law officer until today.
The video is seriously unbelievable. It looks like Albert gets tased not once but twice. Which seems understandable since the 2008 NFL draftee was the 15th pick overall, and clocks in at 6’5″ and 315 lbs.
Branden Albert was obviously arrested after this incident and spent a night in jail at the time of the arrest. He’s due back in court this June.
