Here’s How Many SEC Football Teams Have Top 10 Out-Of-Conference Strength Of Schedules
Not a single football team from the SEC has a top 10 out-of-conference strength of schedule.
Former NFL quarterback and Florida State legend Danny Kanell tweeted out the top 10 out-of-conference strengths of schedule, and I couldn’t find an SEC team anywhere. Maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me or I’m going blind. (SLIDESHOW: These Sexy Women Love Football)

Where are all the SEC teams? This simply doesn’t make sense. We’re told every single year the SEC is untouchable and has by far the best teams. If that’s true (it’s not), then why won’t they play anybody that’s solid?
Let’s take a look at some of the premier non-conference SEC match ups. Alabama vs. Louisville, LSU vs. Miami, Texas A&M plays Northwestern and Auburn plays Washington. That’s a pretty lackluster lineup. You know things have gone wrong when a squad like A&M is scheduling Northwestern as it’s premiere out of conference game. I’m not trashing Northwestern. I’m a big ten guy through and through, but why would A&M try to get OSU, Wisconsin, MSU or Michigan? Why settle for NW? Makes no sense.
It’s almost like SEC teams don’t really want to be challenged outside of the conference. Weird. That’s pretty strange for a conference that’s supposed to be the greatest ever. Stay woke, folks. College football is around the corner, and the SEC fanboys will soon be out of the woodwork.
