Trump Reveals If He’ll Invite NBA Champions To White House

President Donald Trump will reportedly not be inviting the NBA champions to the White House.

The Golden State Warriors are currently up 3–0 on the Cleveland Cavaliers, but it won’t matter in the end for a White House visit, according to CBS News reporter Jacqueline Alemany.

Alemany tweeted Friday, “Trump says he’s not going to invite @cavs or @warriors to the White House.”

I’m glad to see that Trump’s pattern of not inviting teams to the White House is holding strong! He disinvited the Eagles, and now he’s getting ahead of the curve to let the Cavs and Warriors both know they aren’t welcome. Troll level on one-trillion.

LeBron James already made it clear neither team had any interest in going, and the Warriors already didn’t go last year. Smart decision for Trump to just put his foot down before either team even has the opportunity to pass up the invitation. It would be incredible if Trump once again held a pro-America ceremony in the time slot for the team’s ceremony. He should just keep that up forever whenever a team doesn’t want to come. It will never not be funny.

On a side note, I can’t wait for the Caps and their Russian players to get to the White House. That will be grade-A entertainment.
