New Poll Is EXTREMELY BAD News For The NFL
Only 26 percent of registered Texas voters have a favorable view of the NFL, according to a new University of Texas poll.
The Texas Tribune reported the following:

Black voters had the most positive opinions of the NFL — 49 percent favorable and 24 percent unfavorable. Among Hispanic voters, 29 percent were positive and 39 percent were negative. White voters were the least impressed of all: 20 percent have a favorable impression of the league, while 55 percent have a negative impression.
Do you hear that sound in the distance? That’s Roger Goodell, NFL executives and owners freaking out right now. Only 26 percent of registered Texas voters have a favorable view of the NFL!
Anybody who knows anything about football knows that people in Texas love their football. The state is home to the best high school football in America, 13 total FBS and FCS college teams and two NFL teams. People in the Lone Star state love their football. It’s a religion. The NFL is in big trouble if the most pro-football state in America is turning against them. Not a single racial group polled had a favorable view above 50 percent, and white and Hispanics were both under 30 percent.

Only Roger Goodell could manage to turn a state that lives and breathes football against the NFL. I almost want to stand up and clap because it’s actually impressive he screwed up this bad. I bet he sure wishes he could go back in time and stomp out those dumb national anthem protests before they wrecked the league. (RELATED: MATTHEW ST
Think about this as well. If Texas has such an unfavorable view, imagine what your average state must think of the NFL. Would Rhode Island really have a more favorable view of the NFL than Texas? I doubt it.
The NFL is in major trouble, and this is the most damning evidence I’ve seen in a long time. Goodell needs to tell those players to knock their garbage off before they ruin the league for good.
