Fourth And Final Suspect In XXXTentacion Killing Turns Himself In To Police
The fourth and final suspect police had been seeking in connection with the killing in June of rapper XXXTentacion turned himself in.
Broward County authorities said that 20-year-old Trayvon Newsome gave himself up at his lawyer’s office Tuesday night and was then booked in to the Broward county jail, facing charges of first-degree murder and robbery with a deadly weapon in the death of the young rapper, according to CNN Wednesday. XXXTentacion — born Jaseh Onfrey — was shot and killed June 18 after he was leaving a motorcycle dealership in south Florida. The suspects allegedly left the scene with a Louis Vuitton bag that contained $50,000 in cash.
Three other men currently remain in custody in connection with the murder, Michael Boatright, Robert Allen and Dedrick Williams. All four were indicted last month by a grand jury of first-degree murder with a firearm and armed robbery with a firearm.
After his death, thousands of fans packed the Florida Panther’s Stadium for a memorial service for the up and coming rapper.
