A Shocking Study Claims Sleeping More Could Result In Dying Early

A shocking new study apparently showed that sleeping for more than eight hours could result in an early death.

The New York Post reported:

People who sleep more than eight hours a night are more likely to die young, a bombshell study has claimed.

Those who always make time for sleeping in could end up with a “serious sleep disorder” that disrupts their breathing.

Keele University researchers analyzed the sleep quality of three million people from 1970 to 2017. The review was published in the Journal of the American Heart Association.

Well, do I have some good news for all of you. I’m not at risk of an early death because the demons I see every night make sure to keep me awake for a long time. All I see when my close my eyes is a loop of all the mistakes I’ve made along the way. (RELATED: GROUNDBREAKING STUDY: MEN WHO DRINK MORE BOOZE HAVE STRONGER SPERM)

We must always remember, however, that sometimes science can be a “b*tch.”

I never earned a doctorate degree or studied medicine, but I’m really failing to struggle to understand how sleeping more is dangerous for you? It doesn’t make sense to me at all. All my life, I’ve been told how important a great night of sleep is. Now, I’m apparently being told the opposite.

Does this mean that I’m literally saving my life by staying up late and partying? I don’t want to do that, but now I might not have a choice. One day you think you’re living on cloud nine, and the next day you find out everything you thought you knew was a lie.
