Clint Eastwood’s upcoming movie “The Mule” will be released December 14.

The Hollywood Reporter reported the following details:

Clint Eastwood’s The Mule will open nationwide in theaters on Dec. 14, the beginning of the lucrative Christmas corridor, Warner Bros. announced Thursday.

The prolific filmmaker both directs and stars in the crime drama, marking the first time he has appeared onscreen since 2012’s Trouble With the Curve.

Eastwood will star alongside Dianne Wiest, Michael Pena, Andy Garcia, Laurence Fishburne, Alison Eastwood, Taissa Farmiga and Ignacio Serricchio. In addition, Bradley Cooper has a small role.

This movie has been one of the most talked about movies over the past few months because everything Eastwood does is just expected to be gold. The man makes heaters, and there’s no other way to put it.

Plus, this movie just sounds awesome. The plot, according to IMDB, is: “A 90-year-old horticulturist and WWII veteran is caught transporting $3 million worth of cocaine through Michigan for a Mexican drug cartel.”

That sounds like a movie you can sign me up for immediately. Anything that involves Eastwood is something I’m certainly going to see no matter what, but you can just take my money right now for a film that involves the legendary actor as a drug mule.

I can’t wait to see this movie on December 14. I have a very strong feeling that it’s going to be great.
