NFL Quarterback Loses Sickening Amount Of Money For One Simple Reason
Arizona Cardinals quarterback Sam Bradford lost a stunning amount of money after not suiting up Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks.
According to Adam Schefter, Bradford lost out on $312,500 after not being active for the game. Some simple math tells me he stands to lose nearly $4 million the rest of the season if he continues to sit on the bench.
In one week, Sam Bradford is going from Cardinals’ starting QB to No. 3, per source. Being No. 3 means Bradford won’t be active today. And not being active means he loses an active roster bonus of $312,500 per game. But going forward, AZ QB depth chart is Rosen, Glennon, Bradford

Just imagine being in Bradford’s shoes for a second. Imagine living in a world where you’re starting one week, not dressing the next week and losing out on more money than the majority of people make in a year. (RELATED: REMEMBER NFL QB SAM BRADFORD? Luckily, I don’t think Bradford will struggle to put food on the table. He’s made nearly $130 million in his career. Still, it can’t be fun sitting there on the sidelines knowing there’s $312,000 not hitting your bank account. My friends, that has to sting.
There’s simply no other way to say it.
