The latest AP college basketball poll has arrived, and Gonzaga is sitting at the top.

The top 10 from the poll are as follows:

  1. Gonzaga
  2. Virginia
  3. Duke
  4. Kentucky
  5. North Carolina
  6. Michigan State
  7. Tennessee
  8. Houston
  9. Michigan
  10. Marquette

Not really too surprising to see Gonzaga sitting at the top. Duke went down Wednesday against North Carolina, and the Bulldogs were already waiting in the wings in the second spot.

Given how easy their schedule is compared to everybody else in the top five, I wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t lose in the regular season the rest of the way.

Duke might have lost to UNC, but they still looked very impressive against Syracuse Saturday in a monster win without Zion Williamson playing.

Trust me, the Blue Devils aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. That squad is loaded with talent, and are still the favorite to win the whole thing.

As for my beloved Badgers, we’re inching up little by little, and are currently slotted at 19. Is that where I’d like to be? No, but we’re trending upwards after tough wins over Illinois and Northwestern. (RELATED: Wisconsin Beats Illinois 64-58, Khalil Iverson Throws Down Two Huge Dunks)

We’re winning close battles, and that’s what you like to see late in the season.

Check back next week to find out how much movement we get. As always, it’s been a great season so far, and I think it’ll only get better.
