Paige VanZant has her eyes set on a summer return date.

VanZant posted a video of herself training Sunday, and captioned it, in part, “I will fight this summer. And I will be in the best shape of my life for my MMA career.” (SLIDESHOW: These Are The Greatest Ronda Rousey Photos On The Internet)
I really hope she’s back by this summer. There had been some thought that she’d fight in April. That all came crashing down when she injured her arm once again. (SLIDESHOW: These Are The Sexiest Paige VanZant Photos On The Internet)
The UFC is simply better when she’s out there cracking skulls, and she was coming off a huge win over Rachael Ostovich.

I think we all wanted her to make a quick return and build on the momentum.
Now, it looks like we’ll be waiting at least a few more months, but at least we have a general idea of when she’ll be back.

If she can return and string some wins together, then she’ll be set up nicely as the face of the women’s UFC.
