Washington coach Ron Rivera received his final cancer treatment Monday.

Rivera has been battling lymph node cancer, and the team tweeted a video of him being welcomed into a medical center Monday for his last treatment. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

Damn, I’d be lying right now if I said I didn’t have a few tears in my eyes. A couple of my family members have battled cancer, and we all know how tough it can be.

Rivera is battling cancer while also coaching in the NFL, which is simply an unreal situation to be in.

He absolutely murdered the Dallas Cowboys, and he’s getting his final cancer treatment Monday. Let’s call it a hot streak because that’s a ton of great news in a short period of time!

Huge props to Rivera for fighting like a true champion against cancer. It’s a horrible sickness that should be eradicated, and I’m damn happy for Rivera.
