It looks like we might have an idea of when “Stranger Things” season four will arrive.
Millions of fans around the world have been waiting for any information we can get about the upcoming season, but we’ve been left to breadcrumbs here and there. However, it looks like a glitch in Netflix might have shined a light on the situation. (REVIEW: ‘Westworld’ Season 3 Ends With The Possible Deaths Of Multiple Characters)

As pointed out Wednesday by Small Screen, Twitter user @NetflxUpdates captured what appears to be a screenshot of the upcoming episodes all the way back in January.
For some reason, the tweet seemed to fly under the radar, but it has the release date slated for August 21.

Obviously, this isn’t a guarantee of much, but it’s 100% worth noting. Glitches like this have accidentally revealed release dates in the past.
For example, I was able to find the release date for “The Last Ship” because Google auto-suggested it, despite no articles on the internet supporting it. The date turned out to be correct.
Now, it looks like a similar issue with Netflix might have happened.

An August 2021 release would also be on track with what we’ve seen in the past from the hit Netflix show.
Season one dropped in July and season two dropped in October. So, a release in summer/early fall would make a ton of sense.

We’ll see if the August 21 date holds true, but it’s at least a new piece of the puzzle, which is all we can ask for at this point.
