It sounds like there’s a chance Floyd Mayweather might eventually get in the ring against Jake Paul.

The legendary boxer will fight Jake’s brother Logan June 6th, but after the fireworks at the press conference, it seems like Floyd might be gunning for both of them. (RELATED: David Hookstead Is The True King In The North When It Comes To College Football)

When asked by TMZ about a potential Floyd/Jake Paul bout, Ellerbe responded with, “Who knows? Who knows what the future might hold?”

The first thing I thought when I saw the chaos that unfolded last week was that Floyd and Jake Paul are eventually going to fight.

I’m sure the fight against Logan Paul will make plenty of money, but a fight against Jake would make substantially more.

Right now, Jake is a way bigger draw in boxing than his brother. That’s just a fact.

It would also finally give us all the chance to watch someone really tune up Jake Paul. Floyd Mayweather might be much smaller and older, but the younger Paul brother would struggle like hell to even touch him.

As interesting as Logan/Floyd might be, a fight against Jake Paul would get monster PPV numbers. As a betting man, I’m guessing that it’s going to happen.
