Why do people think this is a direct shot at Khabib? Following Conor McGregor getting dismantled and injured against Dustin Poirier, the Russian-born star tweeted, “Good always defeats evil. Very happy for @DustinPoirier I hope you will get the belt end of the year.”
It would certainly appear like McGregor finally decided to respond.

I truly don’t know what’s going on with Conor McGregor, but I’ve lost a ton of respect for him over the past couple months.
He was an idiot leading up to and after the Poirier fight, and he’s now taking shots at a man’s dead father.

McGregor needs to relax and grow up. Watching his fall from grace has been nothing short of embarrassing.
